室內場與室外場分別大嗎？

室內場集中提升揮拍動作，於更穩定及舒適環境提升揮拍流暢度，同時提升球員的擊球節奏及控制。室外場的網球較不穩定，需要非常強的手腳協調，但亦是必經階段。我們推薦球員於室內打好基礎並提升每次揮拍穩定度、流暢及控制，再於室外練習，找出問題再於穩定發球的室內場進行技術提升。

發球機設定會否複雜？

TennACE Court 的發球機已預設不同練習例如正手、反手、隨機、正反手互換等。而且發球機控制版面簡潔，選擇模式後即可開始。客人亦可自行調校發球設定例如速度、角度，落點等，讓進階球員提升訓練強度。

可以與朋友共用一條球道嗎？

可以，而且不額外收費。建議租用 1 號球道作二人訓練（闊度較闊，空間較大）。2 號及 3 號球道相鄰，可以將中間分隔網拉開並合併使用，組成更大訓練空間。

可以免費借用球拍及網球嗎？

TennACE Court 提供免費球拍及網球借用，安排不同牌子的球拍供客人免費借用，包括 Head、Babolat、Wilson 等。不論高手拍、新手拍、2026拍、Classic拍等都有提供。

新手/高手適合使用發球機練習嗎？

任何人都可以透過發球機練習提升技術。新手可透過穩定的發球機發球重覆擊球動作，提升動作穩定度及掌握適當擊球時機。進階球手則可以調整發球機訓練其他情景例如 Volley、drive volley、hit on the rise、smashing 等技術。

提供一次免費改期服務。如遇天氣惡劣情況（8號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號風球／紅色／黑色暴雨警告），會盡快聯絡客人免費作出改期安排。

Refund policy

We understand that weather conditions can be unpredictable, and we are happy to lend a hand when you need it. Guests can request one free rescheduling after booking, but the request must be made via WhatsApp at least four hours before the scheduled activity start time. The new booking must be made within 14 days from the original activity date. If the rescheduled booking cannot be used within 14 days, it will be canceled without a refund.

In the event of any disputes, TennACE Court reserves the right to make the final decision.

Anyone can use the ball machine to practice and improve their skills, but the training methods differ for beginners, intermediate, and advanced players. To make the best use of the ball machine, it's essential to understand your training goals. Please click on "Training Methods" in the main menu above to learn more about the training methods suitable for you.

The ball machine comes with preset practice modes, such as forehand, backhand, random, and alternating shots. Guests only need to press "Start" on the tablet controller to begin training. If you wish to set up other practice modes, you can follow the instructions on our Instagram or the "Training Instructions" page on our website. We also have WhatsApp available for guests to inquire at any time, ensuring you make the most of the ball machine for training.

Yes, you can share a lane, and there are no extra charges. Here are some tips for sharing a lane:

1. It is recommended to rent Lane 1 for two-person training. Lane 1 is 3.8 meters wide, providing more space, making it suitable for two people to train or take lessons at the same time.

2. You can also rent Lanes 2 and 3 together. Both Lanes 2 and 3 are 3 meters wide, but they are adjacent. You can open the middle divider net and combine the two lanes to create a larger training space.

We offer free racket rentals.

The owner understands that rackets can be expensive, and many people prefer to try them out first before deciding to purchase. Therefore, we provide a variety of brands and designs for guests to borrow at no cost, and we update the available rackets regularly so guests can try out more options to find the right one for them.

All rackets are placed on the court for guests to use freely, but we kindly ask that guests take care of the equipment and return the used rackets to their original place for others to try.

In addition to rackets, the venue also offers a free water dispenser, air conditioning, restrooms, paid beverages, and training equipment.

We don't want to be the last straw for you, so rest assured that if you need it, we are willing to provide one free rescheduling service.

In the case of severe weather conditions (such as a tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 or higher, or red/black rainstorm warnings), we will promptly contact guests to arrange free rescheduling as needed.
