Are beginners/ advanced players suitable to train in TennACE Court?
Anyone can use the ball machine to practice and improve their skills, but the training methods differ for beginners, intermediate, and advanced players. To make the best use of the ball machine, it's essential to understand your training goals. If I have never used a ball machine before, will it be complicated to use it?
The ball machine comes with preset practice modes, such as forehand, backhand, random, and alternating shots. Guests only need to press "Start" on the tablet controller to begin training. If you wish to set up other practice modes, you can follow the instructions on our Instagram or the "Training Instructions" page on our website. We also have WhatsApp available for guests to inquire at any time, ensuring you make the most of the ball machine for training.
Can I share a lane with a friend?
Yes, you can share a lane, and there are no extra charges. Here are some tips for sharing a lane:
1. It is recommended to rent Lane 1 for two-person training. Lane 1 is 3.8 meters wide, providing more space, making it suitable for two people to train or take lessons at the same time.
2. You can also rent Lanes 2 and 3 together. Both Lanes 2 and 3 are 3 meters wide, but they are adjacent. You can open the middle divider net and combine the two lanes to create a larger training space.
Is there a fee for renting rackets?
We offer free racket rentals.
The owner understands that rackets can be expensive, and many people prefer to try them out first before deciding to purchase. Therefore, we provide a variety of brands and designs for guests to borrow at no cost, and we update the available rackets regularly so guests can try out more options to find the right one for them.
All rackets are placed on the court for guests to use freely, but we kindly ask that guests take care of the equipment and return the used rackets to their original place for others to try.
Are there other facilities available at the venue?
In addition to rackets, the venue also offers a free water dispenser, air conditioning, restrooms, paid beverages, and training equipment.
Rescheduling arrangements
We don't want to be the last straw for you, so rest assured that if you need it, we are willing to provide one free rescheduling service.
In the case of severe weather conditions (such as a tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 or higher, or red/black rainstorm warnings), we will promptly contact guests to arrange free rescheduling as needed.
