The ball machine is pre?set with different training modes, so there¡¦s no need to adjust it yourself. With one button you can practice forehand, backhand, volleys, alternating forehand/backhand, or random shots¡Xtrain freely as you wish
If needed, the ball machine can also be adjusted to increase ball speed, frequency, and spin settings for more advanced training, simulating match conditions
Lai Chi Kok and Tsuen Wan branches have over 40 rackets available for free self-pickup and borrowing. We also provide 23-inch junior rackets so children can enjoy tennis.
We offer a wide selection of rackets, aiming to have at least one racket from every major brand. This allows customers to experience the differences between rackets and make an informed purchase in the future.
We have rackets from Head, Wilson, Babolat, Yonex, Tecnifibre, Decathlon, and more. Our selection includes new 2026 models, classic rackets, advanced rackets, and beginner rackets, making it easier for you to find the perfect match.
We regularly replace the racket grips. If needed, you can also use the venue's disinfectant spray to clean the rackets.
Please use and care for the facilities responsibly, and return used rackets to the racket rack.
Any damage incurred will be subject to compensation at cost.

The extra-wide lane is suitable for the following uses:
We also highly recommend this lane for tennis beginners. Its larger space and relatively shorter distance mean less strenuous effort is required, helping to prevent injuries.
Lanes 2 and 3 are both 3m x 7.5m.
The longer lanes are suitable for the following uses:
Due to their longer distance, Lanes 2 and 3 require more power from customers, allowing them to train their stability, control, and whole-body power coordination during rallies.
Lanes 2 and 3 are adjacent. Guests can book both lanes simultaneously and combine them to create a training court measuring 6m x 7.5m.
The combined lane space is the largest and is suitable for all purposes, such as:

Lane 1 measures 3m x 7.5m
This lane is shorter, suitable for beginner training.
We also highly recommend this lane for new tennis players to practice. It offers more space and a relatively shorter distance, so there's no need to exert too much force, helping to prevent injuries.
Lanes 2 and 3 both measure 2.8m x 9.5m.
These longer lanes are suitable for the following uses:
