Lai Chi Kok Court

Address : Flat 1905, 19/F, Prowell Asia Centre, Lai Chi Kok

Court 1

Lane 1 measures 3.8m x 6.3m
The extra-wide lane is suitable for the following uses:

  • Movement training
  • Side-to-side/inside-out training
  • Net play/mid-court volley training
  • Two-person lane training
  • Classroom instruction

We also highly recommend this lane for tennis beginners. Its larger space and relatively shorter distance mean less strenuous effort is required, helping to prevent injuries.

Court 2 / 3 Fairway

Lanes 2 and 3 are both 3m x 7.5m.
The longer lanes are suitable for the following uses:

  • Mid-back court training
  • Forward-backward movement training
  • Stability/control training

Due to their longer distance, Lanes 2 and 3 require more power from customers, allowing them to train their stability, control, and whole-body power coordination during rallies.

Court 2+3 Merged Court

Lanes 2 and 3 are adjacent. Guests can book both lanes simultaneously and combine them to create a training court measuring 6m x 7.5m.

The combined lane space is the largest and is suitable for all purposes, such as:

  • Two or more people training together
  • Full-court movement training
  • Match simulation
  • Hitting wide-angle shots
  • Classroom instruction

This lane is shorter, suitable for beginner training.

  • No need to hit the ball too hard
  • Suitable for beginners/novices to practice
  • Hit targets set on the fabric to improve control
  • Relatively wider, with more space

We also highly recommend this lane for new tennis players to practice. It offers more space and a relatively shorter distance, so there's no need to exert too much force, helping to prevent injuries.

Court 2 / Lane 3

Lanes 2 and 3 both measure 2.8m x 9.5m.
These longer lanes are suitable for the following uses:

  • Mid-back court training
  • Front-to-back movement training
  • Stability/control training

Due to their longer length, lanes 2 and 3 require more strength from players. Players can train their stability, control, and whole-body power coordination during rallies.
