We offer three levels of tennis training classes, including:
Beginner Tennis Class 🎾
Suitable for individuals with no prior tennis experience. This course introduces fundamental tennis knowledge, such as correct grip, forehand and backhand swings, and proper power application.
Enabling everyone to learn correct tennis movements, avoid injuries, and enjoy the sport.
Novice Tennis Class 🎾
The Novice Tennis Class is suitable for students with basic tennis knowledge, including understanding forehand and backhand grips and swings. The course aims to improve students' stroke consistency, control, technique correction, and footwork.
Advanced Novice Class 🎾
The Advanced Novice Class is designed for students who wish to further enhance their tennis skills. Students should have basic groundstroke ability for both forehand and backhand. This class will improve players' stroke quality, including topspin, off-center hitting, and shot placement.

TennACE Court requires its coaches to have clear training focuses and goals for each training session, such as forehand baseline cross-court stability or returning to ready position after hitting the ball before approaching the net, so that students have a clearer understanding of the training objectives.
